Spinal Cord Injury AAV Gene Therapy Using Direct Lineage Reprogramming Technique

Dr. Junsang Yoo presented about gene therapy technology using Stand Up Therapeutics’ efficient direct converter method. The company deals with the spinal cord injury and paralysis gene therapy and in the middle of track for IIT for the for a patient population. Dr. Yoo focused on the therapy for both human and animal or gene therapy. His presentation started with the introduction about the spinal cord gene therapy using Interlinear programming conversion and the process that induce the transition from adult stem cell and another somatic cell to the other. Stand Up Therapeutics has been trying to boost up the efficiency of ratio to facilitate neural conversion. Dr. Yoo revealed that some technical method used to apply in clinical trial have published many kinds of idea genre.
